Once you see that it NEVER goes away, and it becomes so obvious after awhile. It almost seems he can't connect with how people feel in a real way.
How to say it?....Trump enjoys people; Cruz out maneuvers and outsmarts them.

+1. He’s too smart and cute by half and it’s the half that leads to devious that concerns me with Mr. Cruz.

You know something that is beginning to grate on me, it is the way that he is always bringing up religious themes. He way overdoes it. You expect a Presidential candidate to acknowledge that our country is based on Christian principles but when he keeps on draping himself in religion then he is using God for his own self aggrandizement. It is actually disrespecting the Lord.

I think you’re right about Cruz, but Trump is going to wear on people for a different reason. He has fun and enjoys people all right, but he’s also an ill-mannered boor who can’t stand not getting his way.
Both of them will eventually end up yielding to Rubio, who is far better at staying on message and connecting with people in a positive manner. Cruz just doesn’t have the ability to engage the audience, no matter how smart he is and how good a debater he is. He can’t seem to appeal emotionally, only logically. Logically is good, but a politician has to also appeal emotionally.
In fact, Obama pretty much showed us that only emotional appeal is sufficient, if it’s done well enough. Logic be damned.
