Just shows how politically correct rewriting of the language only gets you so far. Eventually the new phrase gets just as much of a stink on it as the old phrase and you have to rewrite it again.

Comprehensive Immigration ReformHey, I have an idea.
Create a 2000 page immigration bill that nobody reads, is crafted by lobbyists and is presented to the floor for a vote within 24 hours of it being introduced.
That's pretty much the way DC works these days anyways.
