I think Rubio, Christie, Bush and Kasich votes all total represent the establishment vote. That’s all the pull they have in Iowa. It will be tougher elsewhere.

Every IOWA GOP-e was rounded up and herded to the caucuses. They didn’t have enough to put RUBIO over the top.
