So, why exactly was she trying to skirt the rules? Just to make it easier for her to negotiate deals for the Clinton Foundation? And, how many more Obama cabinet types are doing this type of illegal server arrangement? I'm sure she isn't the only one.

"This was all planned in advance" to skirt rules governing federal records management, said Howard J. Krongard, who served as the agency's inspector general from 2005 to 2008. Hillary, like Obama, wants to be President, but doesn't want to be held accountable.

This is a major gap. In fact, it's without precedent he said. It's the longest period any department has gone without an IG. If I remember correctly, this has been a hallmark of the Hussien administration. Leaving department appointments vacant, until a suitable (more like the most unsuitable or inexperienced) replacement could be found.

In case anyone missed it, the Federal Government of the United States nothing but a gigantic mafia criminal money laundering enterprise. It no longer recognizes the Rule of Law, and has not for about a generation.

Why didn’t Hillary Clinton set up an agency email address:
Odds:
70% - to avoid any accountability
60% - to avoid a paper trail that could be used against her election
50% - to funnel money into the Clinton Foundation
35% - to sell state secrets
20% - to purposefully make sensitive information easy to hack
0.0001% - because she thought it was permitted and it was a simple conveience

He also points to the unusual absence of a permanent inspector general during Clinton's entire 2009-2013 term at the department. He said the 5½-year vacancy was unprecedented. Ahhh, finally - someone is starting to connect dots...

The corruption and criminality are even worse than we thought. NO. It's far worse than that. We still haven't got to why a public accounting of Chris Stevens was in Benghazi, who has the bulk of Ghadaffi's shoulder fired SAMs, and where they are. I think a bunch of them are in America, waiting for an event that will make 911 look puny.

This crime is worse than Watergate and its coverup.
The Clintons are nothing but Mafia.
And there will be no justice, because female gender and "D".
From the article:
"It will never get to an indictment," Krongard said. For one, he says, any criminal referral to the Justice Department from the FBI "will have to go through four loyal Democrat women" - Assistant Attorney General Leslie Caldwell, who heads the department's criminal division; Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates; Attorney General Loretta Lynch; and top White House adviser Valerie Jarrett.
Even if they accept the referral, he says, the case quickly and quietly will be plea-bargained down to misdemeanors punishable by fines in a deal similar to the one Clinton's lawyer, David Kendall, secured for Gen. David Petraeus. In other words, a big slap on the wrist.

The corruption and criminality are even worse than we thought. Come on, we already knew that her and Slick's "ick" factor was somewhere past the orbit of Neptune.
Bayou bodies, murdered journos & detectives, Fort Marcy Park and magic records, miraculous commodities trades, you name it.
Now people are getting killed over energy plays and Western sagebrush acreage, and guess who's the middlewoman.
"Ick" doesn't begin to describe it. She leaves a slug trail wherever she goes.

But...but...butt she had obtained PERMISSION From “state” to let her do that.
So... Who told her she had permission? Was it in writing? (both her request and the response)
