I have only driven through Iowa, and then only in the summer, so I dont know the state.

I do have friends who lived in Iowa, and from them, and from what little casual knowledge I have of Iowa, I would be very surprised to hear that snow affected the turnout very much.

Maybe a huge blizzard with high-speed winds... but just normal snow?

I imagine Iowans just brush that off. Literally.

Well, when I lived there, we did. Maybe an hour off of school if we were lucky.

“I imagine Iowans just brush that off.”

yeah, snow-state people, like we here in Colorado, tend to be a bit hardier, more used to snow, etc.

Nonetheless, a REALLY big blizzard during or right before caucus here WOULD reduce attendance, with mostly broken-glassers showing up.
