Right to Rise raised $85 million less in second half of 2015.
The super PAC dedicated to former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush-s flagging campaign for the GOP presidential nomination raised $15 million in the second half of the year - a massive drop-off from the $103 million it raised in the first half - according to a report filed Sunday night with the Federal Election Commission.
The super PAC, Right to Rise, spent $54 million between the beginning of July and the end of last year, leaving it with $59 million in the bank at the beginning of this year, according to the report.
But the group spent at least another $16 million this month on ads seeking to buoy Bush and deflate his rivals headed into Monday’s Iowa caucuses, according to advertising data provided to POLITICO by The Tracking Firm.

So Hank Greenberg personally funded 10 million of the measly 15 million raised by Right to Rise in the last six months of 2015.

90 year old Hank Greenberg donating 10 million to RtR goes a long way to explaining the age old question: what in the world are they thinking when people keep donating big bucks to Jeb/ In Hank’s case, probably not thinking a whole lot about much of anything.
I just despise the name of this PAC.

I agree. Until he calls it quits, he remains a threat lurking in the wings, whether or not we like him. He has powerful backers in the GOPee who are helping Trump attack Cruz.

Agreed, although I strongly suspect the rheumy eyes of the Geriatric Old Plotters now swivel back and forth between Willard and Heels Rubio.
Jeb always has that “why don’t you people get it!” expression on his face. He doesn’t seem to like people much. Not American people anyway...
