Medicare is not bankrupt. For everyone over 65 complaining about universal healthcare, you love what you have.
It's bankrupt. Only by the "standards" of government accounting can it be considered "solvent." It cannot meet its obligations to those now paying. In other words: not only bankrupt, but a criminal enterprise.
I'm not collecting Medicare, and don't "love what I am going to get." It's a Ponzi scheme; unsustainable and completely out of control.
