Thirty eight percent favor Trump, followed by Cuban American Ted Cruz (15 percent), Jeb Bush (14 percent) and Cuban American Marco Rubio (8 percent), according to the national poll conducted by the Beck Research for the American Federation for Children.

All the polls and “hopefuls” don’t mean squat unless those who SAY they are for a particular candidate, in this case Trump, go to a caucus and VOTE.
That's fine and dandy but they need to realize the the Democrat Party is what hurts them the most.
no doubt cruisers are upset American Mexicans like trump
Trump knows how to drive emotional commitment. Even in my own estimation I often find the GOP to be rather cold. I remember in particular when Gov was elected and I went to the party after a full day working outside the polls with my family. There were a lot of people there but amazingly there was so little celebrating just a lot of people standing together most not even talking to one another. I just found it odd. The best after election party I’ve been to was for Scott Brown in MA. Maybe I’m wrong but too many GOP especially running things just seem to not know how to be welcoming or connect emotionally which is the real reason they don’t connect with minorities in my observation. Its almost as if many have an outright disdain for the idea as if passion and emotion cheapens the purity of their intellectual positions.
Because Latinos vote liberal.
Let’s start small.
Hey, the Democratic Party hurts them, maybe they don’t realize it, but the GOP hasn’t been doing me much good, either, of late. They’ve been playing “Follow Dear Leader.”
Wow! Just Wow! The magnificent bast*rd just might make it :-)) There'll be a hot time in the old town of DC in January 2017
Latino REPUBLICANS... thats not a surprise, those are probably mostly South Americans and Cubans. That group tends to be conservative and anti-illegal. And those people would vote for the Republican in the general election anyway. I wonder what such a poll taken of ALL “Latinos” would say? That poll I would find far more interesting (and similarly, one of ALL blacks vs just Repulican Blacks”..
Agreed, but then there are disaffected Dem Hispanics. Trump will cut into that. I doubt he will get the 40% that Bush got, but anything over 30% is gravy because he is going to carry disproportionately the blue-collar, white, middle class, working class vote like McCain and Romney did not.
There is a very nefarious conventional wisdom that American Hispanics are big fans of illegal immigration.

The illegals will work cheaper than the bottom of the food chain legal immigrants and will get the jobs over the legal immigrants. Why? Because their union bosses, use the illegal’s status as black mail; they offer a shield to but get total dominance by threatening to turn them over to INS.
True story. Las Vegas Unions acting as criminal enterprises.
We’ve known this all along.
This is why Trump in the ONLY Republican candidate that can win in November. The ONLY one.
Blacks respect him as well.
Anyone who thinks otherwise is foolish and is handing the election to Hillary. Period.
Like the cartels that DT will be forcing to pay for the wall?

I never saw this one. 12% black? That’s the election right there. Cankles can’t win if she gives up 12% black vote. Mittens, McClame, Bush never got that much.
“This just shows everyone that Trump knows what he is talking about...”
Doesn’t he though. He hasn’t been wrong yet.
