She didn’t need two servers. The U.S. State Department has their own servers. All she needed was two e-mail addresses and two iPhones.

Apart from the Clinton Foundation money laundering operation, many of her actions as SoS were corrupt and contrary to American interests in their own right. Her conduct of "official business" was malfeasant.
