This will increase the spread of Zika virus, West Nile Disease and other mosquito born viruses and disease.
That is because mosquito’s are attracted by urine. In the open, where there is a lot of urinating in the open, the mosquito is attracted and will try to bite you u-know-what.
It is a huge problem in areas of Thailand, for example.
Also when people try to whip it around while trying to swat the biting mosquito they fire urine all over and even on other people.
Flys gather, too.
Dumb idea.
I suppose it could double as a foot washing station.
Given the smelly state of downtown San Fran, I though people always could pee in public. It really smells in some areas down there.

I think its impossible to be an exhibitionist in SF. Its already OK to be nude in most public places.

I have always wanted to piss on San Fran.
What a poor design. The outside wall should have been a circle wall of at least 10 ft in diameter with screening to prevent public displays. In the center of the outer wall, you put a round disposal basin of three foot diameter and it would service a number of men at one time.
Who can deny that homosexuality is male development arrested at the two-year old stage, the stage when one’s weenie, how it looks and what it can do and what it can’t do, is the most interesting and important thing in the whole wide world. San Francisco is all those two year olds together, some with beards and shaved heads, but still fixated on finding more and more ways to keep showing themselves and each other their weenies.
