Not only is this wrong, it is unconstitutional in my opinion. At the very least it is BS.
Anyone with a smart phone look up anyone’s voting record in minutes. All you need to know is their name and where they live. You can find out what years they voted and for which party in the primaries. Exactly who they voted for is, of course, still secret. This is all public records.
