The Freedom of Religion granted by the U.S. Constitution was written for the various denominations of Christianity. It did not take into account all religions possible and it definitely wasn't written to take into account islam.

Furthermore, it has been amended from time to time as you well know.

If a religion preaches the destruction of the very government which is based on the Constitution, it would seem that such a religion might be excluded (by amendment) from the Freedom of Religions as envisioned by the Constitution.
