The resources and manpower that would be required to re-educate or deprogram Moslems to make them fit to enter society would exhaust the culture. The resources practically available might re orient a few Moslems so that hundreds are cured of their disease as thousands are entering the nation. Those thousands would very quickly perceive that their newly re-educated and peaceful co-religionists are Apostates and are threats to the propagation of Islam which is the first principle and requirement of Moslems. The pacified paynim would be marked for death and killed as the opportunities arise. That would eliminate some apostates and re-re-educate others of them. It would be an expensive exercise in futility.

These counselors, being able to achieve wonderful results in one-on-one projects, are unable to realize the nonscalability of their brilliant methods.

Absolutely true.

Radicals must be ejected and the practice of a religion that calls for the overthrow of our way of government must be made illegal (actually, I think it already is).

"being able to achieve wonderful results in one-on-one projects"

The author doesn't claim much success at all. In fact, it sounds downright impossible to "fix" them.

The best solution is to keep them at large distances (in time and space).
