DirecTV doesn’t carry OANN and we got DirecTV to get FNC.
Those were the days....way back when.
I looked into a ROKU box.
Looks like there is one that can be inserted into a computer, tablet, or tv....$49. Some sort of TV box for $149.
Not sure if there is a monthly fee to stream OAN or it is part of ROKU. One question, do they have news reporting/ programming all day or just a prime time analyst lineup? I could not tell from their website.

You can get OAN free at YIP TV. Someone posted the link on FR a few months ago and it works for me. You can Chromecast to your TV.
