Yep, and conservative base in Iowa is going to reward him for it on Monday.

That’s because Cruz is an adult.

But he will naively walk into an obvious media set up screw job like a moron? That is somehow better? I am tired of GOP candidates automatically eating every crap sandwich the media wants to feed them. I am glad somebody refused and told them to shove it.

Trump never made Cruz take on a fight. Not Trumps’s fault Cruz looked weak last night.

Sorry, I watched the debate, Cruz didn't look weak at all.

I know TRUMP (PRAISE BE TO HIS NAME!) supporters WANT that to be the case and since many of you have drunk the Kool-Aid you probably would believe this no matter how Cruz did objectively.

Get used to it. If the US is unfortunate enough to end up with the Trumpster in the WH, Cruz will be leading the fight against Trump's inevitable shift to the far left.

B.S.!

Trump ran away from that fight because he didn't want to get challenged and outed on his past and current liberal policy positions.

Whats the difference. Cruz is the king of obstruction. He just doesn’t want to do any work. He never has. Well I guess he did author Bush’s immigration policy in 2006 or so. But that was when he was for amnesty before he was against it. Another fraud by Cruz.

If we are unfortunate to have TRUMP (PRAISE BE TO HIS NAME!) as the GOP Nominee, that shift to the left will happen almost immediately after gaining the nomination, thereby, just like McCain, and just like Romney, throwing the election to the Democrats.

Whatever. I don’t see how it is virtuous to do stupid stuff like show up for obvious media hatchet jobs. Trump showed me he is much smarter than the Canadian but you can take it any way you want.

And TRUMP (PRAISE BE TO HIS NAME!) is STILL for Touch-Back Amnesty.

That's the difference.

In the very unlikely event that you’re interested:

“Eight of the Republican presidential hopefuls, Trump, Cruz, Ben Carson, Jeb Bush, John Kasich, Carly Fiorina, Chris Christie, and Jim Gilmore said in financial disclosures that were largely filed between June and August last year that they had owned Goldman funds or Goldman stock, and in some cases both. The disclosures mostly cover the period from the beginning of 2014 to the middle of last year.”

This BS about Cruz’s wife is getting pretty absurd and infantile.

Sorry, but it's not a media hatchet job when you are being questioned about your current and past policy positions.

I hope by next week you Cruzbots will be sitting in a corner licking your wounds so that you will shut the he** up with your constant bashing. I don’t hate Cruz like you people hate Trump - and I suppose it’s only because you fear Trump is going to win. And, he probably will. And, furthermore, it’s almost blasphemy to be saying Praise to His Name - read the 10 Commandments.

No, the libs and the GOPe recognize Trump as one of their own, so they can’t help but fawn all over him. Ted Cruz calls them the Washington Cartel, a uniparty that Trump desperately want to be a part of.

I will try my hardest to stay away from these threads in the future.

Because I CANNOT believe that on FR, which i have followed for 16 years!!!”

abortion of incest and rape babies is ok,

tariffs are ok,

a NYC liberal billionaire who gave 60k out of 12 billion to vets in five years and wanted their vending licenses pulled on fifth avenue, i worked down the block, they weren’t “bums” is ok

a man who gave 100k to the Clinton foundation is ok

i could go on forever.

waited 3 decades for a real conservative to come along and all i see are moronic and idiotic and pathetic pictures of cruz with a black eye or trump with the blues brothers or some other such nonsense

he would be a good national socialist, Trump, and will restore business and the defense.

i will still vote for him over Hillary, because nationalists are better than communists.

but i never thought a NYer could sucker the country THIS easily, or i would have carpet bagged and made a fortune selling vacuums to you guys 30 yeas ago.

The funniest thing I ever saw just now was a clip from last nights debate (I watched the Trump event). Ted Cruz said, “I don’t lie” and the bell went off that moment saying Cruz you are a liar.......hilarious. The pendants thought it was funny to and very accurate and true. I don’t understand how anyone could support an out and out liar.

I trust Trump to do the right thing. I think Cruz would do things to ensure reelection and not what is right. Trump could care less about reelection. Cruz has nothing else to fall back on. If he gets kicked out of the Senate, his life is over due to lack of skills. Trump has a huge business to go back to .
