Even though the people in Guam are American citizens, they cant vote for POTUS..

what good is that endorsement ???

They have delegates to the convention. Every delegate counts, particularly this year when no one will come into the convention with enough to win the nomination.

I think it has something to do with the convention. There was a thread about his strategy that was on here months ago and it mentioned getting the delegates from Guam as part of it, and it had to do with convention delegates to get the nomination.

The territories don’t vote in the general election but they get to pick who’s on the ballot. Guam’s delegates were just enough to put Obama over the top so, yeah, they do have powerful voices.
