So my local talk radio is spinning the debate to say there was no name calling, nothing got out of control, the moderators made sure everything was tight - and they only talked about policy.
Do you believe this crap - I guess we knew they’d spin to make it such a wonderful debate since Trump wasn’t there - these people are on a sinking ship and don’t even know it.
I haven’t watched the debate yet, but am watching the “after primary stuff” and from just this, it does NOT sound as though this debate went well at all!

I can’t imagine it went well at all, the duds up there coupled with the muzzy getting to ask questions, or was it make demands? I’m sure it was a real hoot!
As did I - I know he implored our glorious government to get involved with releasing the marine who was in Mexico after a wrong turn (can’t remember the guys name, Tamalison or something like that). Wth is Montel’s beef??

Just watched the whole thing. I think Rand Paul getting 18% sounds fair. He was his usual consistent, calm, organized self and he sure had his cheering section together as well. I assume his army of young people were burning up their phones voting for him. His closing remarks, in which he referred to himself as the only true fiscal conservative in the race, had the moderators exchanging glances.
Unfortunately, it’s about more than fiscal conservatism this time, important as that is.
The others were lackluster except for Christie, who made the best case I’ve ever heard for electing a governor over a senator.
Megyn went after Cruz with videos, since she didn’t have Donald to insult.
It’s worth watching. I finally found it on YouTube. It didn’t go up right away. I guess Fox wanted to wait until their later repeat was over.
