Trump announces event to benefit veterans during Fox debate

Donald Trump's campaign announced Wednesday that the GOP front-runner will hold a "special event" to benefit veterans during Fox News' Republican debate.
The event on Thursday, hosted at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, will start with a pre-program at 8 p.m. ET, and the main event will start at 9 p.m. ET, a statement said.
No other information was provided, with the statement only saying "additional details to follow."

I see no reason why a political event can’t raise money for our veterans.
I agree. The profits for all the debates should have gone to We The People. I think Veterans are high up there in We The People.

That is a small venue. Intentional.
It will be carried by BOTH CNN and OANN on Cable Television.
A small venue translates more personally to a LARGE TV audience.
