Professor Thomas Roedel is a Chemistry Professor at Merseburg University in Germany with three children who is gravely concerned about the future of German society. When Chancellor Merkel was recently invited to give a speech christening the opening of a new chemistry facility at the school, Professor Roedel interrupted Chancellor Merkel and held up a sign in protest of her reckless, irresponsible, suicidal "refugee" policy. It was a brief moment, but now Professor Roedel is facing possibly the loss of his job and even perhaps prosecution from the German government. Via Volksstimme:
Merseburg University has distanced itself from one of its professors, who in the presence of the German Chancellor Angela Merkel (CDU) disturbed the opening of the new Fraunhofer Institute in Halle. The man had on Monday in the context of the asylum debate a sign saying "No experiments" upheld and recalled that he had worried about his children's future. "The personal and private attitude to political questions must be respected, even if I do not share it. The professor, however, was invited in his capacity as a member of Merseburg University and not as a private person to the event. His interjection had neither anything to the occasion of the event more to do with the content of the speech of the Chancellor," said the rector of the university, Jörg Kirbs.
With his appearance he had "abused the hospitality of the Fraunhofer Institute and harmed the reputation of the university enormously". The university wanted to reappraise the behavior and consider possible legal steps...

That was obviously a reference to the famous dictum of Germany's first Federal Chancellor, Konrad Adenauer (also of Merkel's party, the CDU).

I am rethinking WWII strategy. Maybe if the allies had decapitated the Third Reich, Hitler et al and then negotiated a peace we could have prevented the slaughter of all the German alpha-males.

The absence of rapid police or military response means that every European in any type of structure must be ready for local self-defense without expecting outside help or rescue. Europeans in isolated buildings and homes will be susceptible to what may be thought of as savage Comanche Indian raids launched anytime, anywhere, against anybody. Consider that a typical encounter will consist of ten Orks armed with (at least) knives and iron bars attempting to force a home invasion against a barricaded French or German family. Can the family keep them out? Even if they can, for a while, what about follow-up arson attacks, such as the one used against the Benghazi consulate's "safe room?"
This dreadfully unhappy picture is Europe's future, due to the unbelievably misguided European policy of inviting millions of savage and barbaric Orks to live among them. History will regard the once-avoidable Great Jihad of 2016 as the predictable result of one of the most colossally stupid series of decisions ever taken by any group of leaders, anywhere, ever. At least the peaceful Chatham Islanders did not actively seek to invite the bloodthirsty Maoris to invade their homeland. Today’s European political leaders have invited this great catastrophe upon their own people. History will not forgive them for launching the unnecessary slaughter that lies ahead for Europe.
What you’re saying is tangential to the point I was trying to make. I was saying that no immigrant plan can be a success if the immigrant doesn’t want to assimilate. We could take in one immigrant a year and if that one immigrant doesn’t want to assimilate, the plan fails.
To your point, the sheer number of immigrants described in your statistics below show our immigration plan for the mess that it is. This level of immigration is unworkable even if every single one of them wanted to assimilate as fast as humanly possible.
