The statement put out yesterday by @FoxNews was a disgrace to good broadcasting and journalism. Who would ever say something so nasty & dumb - 8:02 AM - 27 Jan 2016
Trump will get more mileage by swapping taunts. Childish? You betcha. But his decision to bail out of the debate isn't without some justification. That FoxNews release really was unprofessional, and showed extreme prejudice on the network's part.
How often have the candidates been criticized for showing up in hostile debate venues? Now somebody says "no thanks," and it's a negative. In that formula, he loses either way, and he picked the direction that he thought was less damaging.
Not childish. A tactical part of a larger strategy. The press has been undermining the country since Cronkite, and possibly since Hearst.
It has to be dealt with. The press in this country isn’t the ‘balancing force’ the founders thought it would be. It’s a fifth column.
Trump is out to hobble it. I’m actually surprised he didn’t ask why OneAmerica network wasn’t hosting a debate. Might as well toss in a competitor to take from Fox what Fox took from NBCCBSABC.

FNC used DT’s own style against him. Isn’t pretty from the other side is it? DT can dish it but he cannot take it.
I think that was the straw. Who wrote that?
