Thanks for the info. I hadn't noticed DFU's mention. So.... I doubt he is doing it to help Hillary, but the question still stands, won't it help her avoid prosecution ?
I know that the prejudice thing was attempted in some recent well known cases, but I don't remember if it was successful.
