Don’t Be Racist – NYC Okays “Pee In Place” Public Sidewalk Urination

New Yorkers can take solace in the fact that their rights to be equally disgusting, offensive and unsanitary and to publicly expose themselves to passing strangers, including children are now protected by Mayor Bill de Blasio and his city council.

An assortment of quality-of-life laws are being relegated to the ranks of the non-enforced because too many minorities are being arrested under them. When an overly large percentage of the violations of a law take place among a particular minority or ethnicity, the liberals naturally assume there is something wrong with the law or those who are enforcing it. The easy solution, when possible, is to just gut or jettison the law.

Puerto Rican born City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito has a record of finding even the well-hidden racial component to societal problems and public urination is no exception. Not being able to “let it fly” in public puts New York’s citizens of color at an unfair disadvantage. It’s an injustice that she and her ally Bill de Blasio are now correcting.

I’m glad to hear about these ‘pee your ground’ laws but what about those of us who like to run and pee?

With rules like those I’m sure those Syrian Muslim heathens are boarding flights as we speak heading for the “Big Public Urination”!

Ah, no. Their thing is buggers on the walls in the men's room.

Well, that’s good. Next time I go to NYC I’ll crap on the sidewalk. I’ve always been a trendsetter.

It truly has become Urinetown. The public health officers should put an end to this before it’s begun.

Under Mayor de Blasio’s outstanding leadership, I’m sure that NYC will catch up to & then surpass San Francisco in “the smell of urine is heavy in the air” race.

Dried pee on cement is a noxious odor. If they must pee do it on the dirt and soil which absorbs and kills most of the odor.

What racist? It doesn’t matter WHAT their race is.
Good grief, we’ve sunk beneath Europe. I think they only do that by the side of the road.
