The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to review an appeal from a 27-year-old Houston man on death row for the shooting deaths of a young couple during a carjacking nearly 10 years ago.
The high court, without comment Monday, rejected the case of Dexter Darnell Johnson.

They were out on a date when Dexter Darnell Johnson held them up, robbed them both, raped her, then shot them both to death. He's long overdue for his lethal injection.
What is the age of consent in Texas?
The appeals court denial of appeal is very particular and graphic about the horrific nature of this crime by this evil inhuman monster.

It is a tragedy that they no longer execute by hanging, because he deserves a short drop and asphyxiation, not a clean neck break.

IMO, you lose that final appeal and they lead you DIRECTLY to the offing of choice.
Myself, I can’t see what carbon-monoxide isn’t used...Then the single bullet to the brain-pan to ensure. No ‘cruel’, no ‘unusual’ (PLENTY of suicides by CO poisoning).
Put them in a 55 gal drum.
Bolt the lid on.
Drop them down a 15-story elevator shaft.
Bury the drum.
Mortars at 200 yards.
I prefer:
Put ‘em in drum
Bolt on lid
Open spout
Pour in dissolving solution of choice
Seal drum
Store drum along with radioactive waste
