As voting finally nears, the dynastic power of the Bush family is being unleashed.
This week, the country saw once more the face of First Lady Barbara Bush, replete with her pearls, snow-white curls ... and eye black (applied football style)after unintentionally embroiling herself in a feud with Donald Trump. She made a thinly veiled reference to him in a campaign video and Trump promptly made fun of her coming to defense of her son.
The Bush campaign fired back.
Mrs. Bush is still highly popular among early state voters, with voters often asking how she and former president George H.W. Bush are doing. And as Bush aims to push his ailing campaign towards a top-tier finish in any of the early states, perhaps it is his famous family that can help propel him.

This is a blatant lie. He made fun of Jeb, not Mrs. Bush.
In fact, I think he called Mrs. Bush "a lovely woman" at one of his rallies.

No, Jeb shouldn’t quit. He should stay in the race as long as he can to keep spending big-donor GOPe money to: 1) ensure Marco Rubio never gets the nomination and 2) keep writing Mike Murphy’s eight figure commission checks.

Terrific - Jeb’s own mother endorses him. That will convince a lot of people to vote for him. This is right up there with Herman Cain running an ad touting his own campaign manager’s endorsement 4 years ago.
Barbara will help, a very small amount, but the rest of the Bush family is as irrelevant as Lindsey Graham’s endorsement. On the down side, after listening to Barbara, people will watch what Jeb says, and that will cost him half of his minuscule support.
