Please, like Boone hasn't been ridiculed here, not for his faith or patriotism, but for his late career music choices. More to the point as I said we are happy to slam entertainers or celebrities when they endorse liberals but embrace them if they endorse our guy! I just don't care what a face has to say, celebrity is not expertise.

During my undergrad college years in India, I saw the movie Bernardine starring Pat Boone, and loved his theme song and of course Love Letters in the Sand. It was probably the reason I wanted to go to United States. The funny thing is I arrived in Iowa city for post graduate degree, and the very popular movie of the time Peyton Place came to town, and I had seen it 6 months before in Mumbai!
