Obviously, Donald Trump doesn’t select the images for his ads himself — he hires the people who do. But that’s an issue that goes to the heart of his argument, that he has such super-competence that Trump can succeed where no one else has in the presidency.

Or you could say it shows that although mistakes are always going to be made, Trump corrects them quickly. My guess is someone got their ass reamed over it too.
