Why would he want Cruz as Speaker of the Senate? Trump has a bromance with Mitch the Turtle.

The co-founder of IHOP is Lou Engle, a heavy-weight in the 7 Mountains/dominionism
movement that Ted and his father are up to their ears in.

*************

I’m not sure about Edward but his papa is/was for sure.

Obama was politically shrewd and shed up the field also, including the Republicans.

“Cruz did not renounce his Canadian citizenship as a US Senator- only when he started to run for #POTUS. He could be Canadian Prime Minister,” Trump

The question is why?

Cuba had the same claim on Ted, that the US did, when Ted was born. Born abroad of one citizen parent. Ted's dad was a Cuban citizen on that day.

Which proves, of course, that Ted is 100% American. And 150% Canadian, and 100% Cuban. I'm not good at math, but the celebrity lawyers tell me that is what a natural born citizen of the US looks like.

So, it’s pretty obvious that he is American, not Cuban, Not Canadian. He had natural US citizenship by birth. When he first voted in the US, he lost his Canadian citizenship. It seems nobody cares about any claims that he is Cuban.

Exactly! Asked to prove he's American, he produced a Canadian birth certificate. That proves he is American, not Canadian.

Funny that. Oh well, Castro's loss, our gain. You snooze, you lose sort of thing.

Don “Rickles” Trump, for years of another egomaniac is gonna get real tiresome. Let me ask have any of you bothered to tally up how many times Trump say me or I the way you do with the other egomaniac obama? Know that while I am already fed up with the mouth that roared, I will vote for him if he is the nominee.

>> Trump needs to stop this garbage. He needs to realize many of his own supporters like and respect Ted Cruz. The personal attacks show him to be a bitter and mean spirited man. <<

Trump supporters eat it up and don't get how much he trashes Cruz (or any other conservative for that matter, including when he bashes them from the LEFT... they just say that so-and-so "had it coming" for questioning his holiness Donald Trump)

They also embrace the "Cruz ain't eligible" birther nonscene yet continually push their fantasy of a "Trump/Cruz ticket" where the "ineligible" Cruz will be "Trump's VP". In their minds, Cruz needs to "clear it up" and ONLY the great Donald Trump can do that. Cruz must get down on his knees and grovel before Trump's greatness, and then Trump -- and only Trump -- will "resolve" the issue and find a way to make Cruz "eligible" for the privilege of being the waterboy in Trump's administration.

Trump knows his fanclub thinks like that, and hence he can continually to trash Cruz all he wants.

The answer is very simple and self-evident. The fact that he even HAD from his birth a Canadian citizenship to renounce is prima facie evidence that he was NEVER a natural born citizen.

But in these days of outcome based constitutionalism, nothing is too certain anymore.

Well, he had to show his birth certificate, among other things. I mean, I know the answer, and so do you. The difference is that I know what "naturalized" means, as a matter of law, and you think you do.

No sense in discussing it. Hope you aren't tangled up in that nasty blizzard. In any event, have a nice weekend and next week!

Does the US allow a child born on it's soil to become a citizen, if it so chooses, even if it's mother is a non citizen?

Please help us all to understand and post the law(s) that you base your understanding on.

Cruz would be a hell of an improvement over Trump, too. Some of us are seeing that sooner than you will allow yourself to see the same, Sam.

Are their mother’s US citizens?

Please use the laws of the US to backup your Statement.
