Since joining the Trump campaign as a national spokeswoman in November, Katrina Pierson has served as an attack dog of sorts for Donald Trump, attempting to expose his critics and opponents as faux conservatives who are simply pulling the wool over the eyes of the American people.
And yet, Ms. Pierson's own statements reveal she is a self-proclaimed devotee of Malcolm X (whom she has referred to as her "idol") and has a history of attacking conservatives as racists, sneering at Christians who are unable to "handle the truth" and mocking candidates who open up about their faith on the campaign trail as preachers who would be "great if we were electing a Jesus."
Pierson points to Malcolm X as a large source of her ideological founding, much like the leaders of Black Lives Matter do. Pierson has called the radical figure a hero and is open about her literal idolization of him, explaining that "MLK was too moderate for me.".........

.........Despite spending a great amount of time personally attacking conservatives, Pierson has remained the self-appointed arbiter of who is or isn't conservative. In response to National Review's "Conservatives Against Trump" issue, Pierson - without a hint of irony - indignantly questioned whether: "'conservatives' whom no one ever heard of before 2008 all of the sudden think they own the place?"

Can’t they get sued for slander? Or are they betting that the typical conservative will be too sweet and polite to actually get a lawyer and sue the pants off if them? Well think again. These Trumpers and Tea Partiers are not the conservatives you’re used to pushing around and ordering to shut up.

I was thrilled that Trump had Katrina Pierson as his spox until I saw this last night — if she claims the Tweets are fake, she needs to explain why they remain(according to people on Twitter) on her own Twitter feed. Most disturbing to me was how vehemently she was in the “Trayvon was murdered†camp:
Wikipedia says one of her parents is black, and that she voted for Obama in 2008, but later became a Tea Party activist & leader, worked closely with Ted Cruz, etc. Lots to clear up here regardless.
Either Trump hiring her was a horrible mistake, or she had a dramatic conversion and regrets her rabid Leftist stuff from before. She needs to be up front with us.

It was a very old news clip that I read, so either it was wrong, or I read it wrong ( I read everything I could find on her when this thread went up and I went searching ) and no, I don’t remember where it was from; some Texas newspaper, IIRC.

You simply need to calm yourself....I don’t know what your deal is but you’re coming across more than a little unhinged. It’s fine to have passion but that’s not quite what you’re displaying.
Frankly this is exactly why I’ve avoided responding to you. I can deal with passionate people....most of us can....but this is not passion....it’s more an obsession with you’re candidate that’s gone a titch over the line.
It is thrilling.......because Cruz is doing exactly as he said he was going to do in his campaign, and how and in what form.....he’s on the ground one on one with the people in gatherings where they can ask questions and he responds........where he’s focused on the grassroots people who want to hear what he has to say...because he has something of significance to say for them and this country.
He also understands people.....that it’s easy for them to be led chasing a rabbit down a hole....it’s happened before, when Obama was elected, and we are all familiar with what that looks like.
I’m very pleased that Cruz continues to expose Washington and inform voters in his campaign.
