She knows she won’t be prosecuted for the same reason given when she wasn’t charged in the ‘90s.
The prosecutor knew there would be ZERO chance of a DC jury convicting her.

I agree, but this whole affair is poised to blow up in everyone’s face—the FBI, state dept, John Kerry, Obozo, the AG Lynch, and a host of others. This will prove what no one wants to admit, at least as far as the jackass dinosaur media refuses to admit—a RAT is above the law.
