NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Pulaski County Sheriff's deputies arrested a homeowner on suspicion of manslaughter after a firefighter was shot to death while responding to a medical emergency call at a rural home near Little Rock.
Sheriff's office spokesman Lt. Chris Ameling said detectives took homeowner Mark Pruitt into custody for questioning shortly after firefighter Ronald Jason Adams died. Deputies placed 47-year-old Pruitt under arrest Friday evening.
Ameling said he could not discuss some of the details late Friday but said physical evidence and statements from Pruitt and his wife, Tonia, who were home during the shooting, led to the arrest.

We responded to a 911 hang-up call. No one would answer the door so my crew put up a ladder and I climbed through an open 2nd story window. When I came down stairs the nut who had made the call was sitting on the couch naked in the living room with a hand gun which he pointed at me and then started fiddling with. I ducked and quickly exited through the front door. I yelled at my crew to get behind the fire engine.
The naked guy came running out the front door yelling profanities at us and waving his gun around. I called dispatch on my radio and a bunch of police started showed up within a few minutes. After the first officer arrived he ran out the back door of his house into his garage.
He started up a lawn mower inside the garage. The police asked me if the exhaust would kill him. I told them it would take quite a while. So we all sat there waiting. After a few minutes he started coughing and he came out with his hands up. I went in and turned off the lawn mower and one of the police officers found his gun. The magazine had all cartridges loaded in backwards which I didn’t realize was even possible. So despite the guy’s apparent malevolent intent we were never in any actual danger because of his stupidity and inability to figure out why his gun would not function.
Since the gutless state of Arkansas has not executed any vermin since 2005 this rat bastard turd will be living the good life with the criminal protection system for many years.
I neglected to add that Texas has not exterminated a murderer since, well, yesterday.
Well then, I am hoping that Hillary gets arrested in Texas for spilling important state secrets to our enemies.
The skank is untouchable. I have maintained since 2012 though that she would NOT be the Rat Pres nominee this time. Still think it will be someone else but it’s getting awful late to install another puppet to rival Sanders.
If I had to bet, right now, I think Biden will win. Hillary will drop out because of “Health Reasons”, and Biden steps in.
I was hoping if the Texans found out Hillary’s mishandling of classified and sensitive documents resulted in one of their brethren being harmed by our enemies that they might hold her responsible. Highly unlikely, but I can dream can’t I?
If Her Heinous actually got the nomination would the Money Power assign a VP and then sack her if she won?
Still could be Biden as a possibiity also. Of course we are assuming that the voting machine software hasn’t already had the winner programmed.
