Then why is he offering a reward for finding out who leaked it?
I mean, if he himself disclosed it, there wouldn't be a leak, would there?
Frankly, I think the bounty is a foolish move. He's made a big deal of something that was perhaps unsettling, but not a huge deal.
Of course, had he already disclosed the potential conflict of interest, it wouldn't be an issue at all.
