I have just recently been summoned to court for an emergency hearing in my divorce case. My wife's attorney has told the court, that I am intending to file bankruptcy, which is not the case, and they are seeking to have me quitclaim the deed to them, based on several threats in negotiations. I am not, and will not file, but they seem to have convinced the judge to make me quitclaim my lawful property, and to not receive any compensation, based on heresay evidence. I need serious legal advice, from some lawyers in NH law. I cannot believe this is happening. I am beside myself, and will not abide this, but I need legal help asap.
Hire a divorce attorney. Now.
If you have property or children and are going through divorce - you REALLY need to hire an attorney. A good one will save your skin.
The judge gave me 10 minutes to talk, vs her 22 minutes, and telegraphed he was going to grant their motion, without saying so.

Sorry, your situation is why so many men will no longer marry in the USA. Courts in such cases tend to favor the woman. Hope things will work out for you
If your situation is a serious as you say, you need to be hiring a lawyer, not looking for free advice on an internet forum.

The only legal advice I can give is not to seek legal advice on the internet.
First, take a moment to breath, second contact a local lawyer for assistance. In many jurisdictions, not sure if yours is one, during a hearing, even an emergency hearing, you can file motions to dispute the assertions of the opposing party.
My wife has been long in planning this, and has left me, to live on my social security pension, and has stolen all of our money, and secreted it. I have no money for an attorney, and the free places say I have too much in assets, which is true, but I am enjoined from encumbering them by the court

Start calling divorce lawyers in New Hampshire. If you go into family court representing yourself you are pushing a boulder uphill.
There are legal aid services out there. Find them.
Then sell something and hire a lawyer.
I had been hoping that some attorney in NH would want the case, as I have north of 200k in equity in the case. If for no other reason, than to see justice done.
I am court ordered not to sell anything, and she has pictures of everything.
