The former Alaska governor maintains a community of millions of Facebook fans, and while some cheered her backing of Mr. Trump, others called her a sellout who was only seeking another moment in the political spotlight.
"Very sorry to see that Sarah Palin has decided that being a maverick is more important than being a conservative," said Dale Roberts, of Calvert City, Ky. "Trump supports gay marriage. He is pro abortion. He is anything but a conservative."
John Guy Lockwood Burpee, of Fort Worth, said that he was disappointed that Mrs. Palin would be...

I guess you didn’t read the article, just grabbed the headline. The headline bore no relationship to what he said. Explaining why he didn’t leave the stage -
“I didn’t know it was going to be quite that long,” Trump told interviewer Don Lemon when asked about his comfort level, “but she made a beautiful, you know, she made a very good speech.”
Trump continued, “No, I wasn’t uncomfortable. I was very happy. I would have normally left the stage and let her speak, but I thought it would nice, I thought it would be, you know, frankly nice if I was there. I thought it would be disrespectful to her if I left the stage. So, no, I wasn’t uncomfortable at all.”
From the article you linked to me:
“Trump - in a Wednesday night phone interview with CNN that went on for awhile itself - denied having been uncomfortable during the Palin-led pep rally.
“I didn’t know it was going to be quite that long,” Trump told interviewer Don Lemon when asked about his comfort level, “but she made a beautiful, you know, she made a very good speech.”
TRUMP SAID HE DIDN’T KNOW IT WAS GOING TO BE QUITE AS LONG AN ENDORSEMENT SPEECH AS SHE GAVE.
You still lie and twist the truth at the drop of a hat.
Say there, Svengali, maybe you could FReepmail me the winning Powerball numbers for the next drawing, too. (While you are predicting the future and all that).
Well said, new guy.
I read the article. Saying someone spoke to long is one of the biggest insults you can give a public speaker. Saying something pleasant afterwards doesn’t mitigate that.
Donald Trump Thought Sarah Palin's Endorsement Speech Was a Bit Too Long
And yoyu know Trump, when he wants to say something is good, he goes overboard. When he gives faint praise, it means he didn't like it.
Well, I can't argue with that among people "of good will", but when you are dealing with someone of 'bad will', there is no substitute for a firearm.
Yeah right.
Ouch
I had actually hoped I could give him the benefit of the doubt that he was in fact now pro life. Now it would seem that he is either lying about that or he really has no strongly held belief and maybe doesn’t even understand the issue.
Reagan gave amnesty to millions of illegals too.
I share your concern’s I really do...that is why I have my “fingers_crossed” :)
I’m not familiar with who you are referring to, could you give me a bit more information. And do you know who else she supported and how you think they are doing as for as meeting conservative expectations.
I realize you may be overdue for a diaper change, but every LIEberal choice that Trump made ir supported was in the private sector where he would not have needed to make any compromises to his mythical "conservative core". There is no excuse for supporting Hitlery & BJ, Harry Reid, Natzi Pelosi, or sing the praises of King Hussein Obama or Vlad Putin...all if which show extreme character flaws and expose his true nature. Either that or he's extremely naive and gullible. You pick...nothing changes the fact that he is still a fraud if claiming any conservative values.
