J. Taikwok Yung has been doing a terrible, god-awful job of making fun on Donald Trump on the internet since 2007.
Yung has been sitting on multiple parody websites including the name "trump" in the title, such as trumpindia.com, trumpbeijing.com, and trumpmumbai.com. The sites have a banner at the top reading "Fan, Parody and News," and feature scintillating commentary ranking each season of "The Apprentice" on a scale from "All around sucks like hell" to "OK Season" to "Pretty good." They also feature some links to YouTube "Apprentice" parody videos that are so bad they don't even give you schadenfreude so much as a thick, soul-crushing depression.
In fact the quality of the parody is so bad it may have been instrumental in costing Yung a $32,000 settlement in a lawsuit with Mr. Trump.
Yung had cited the First Amendment in his right to operate the sites in an ongoing suit with Mr. Trump going back at least as far as 2010. But a judge sided with Trump Friday that Yung had violated the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act. It probably didn't help that Yung described himself as a "domainer." But if he had done a better job at making fun The Donald (which, less face it, should be pretty easy) he probably would have had an easier time arguing that the sites served a legitimate purpose as parody and weren't just taking up space on the internet with the intent to sell the catchy domains to the highest bidder.
Unlike simpering Rinos, Trump fights back.
No, Trump DID NOT make someone pay for First Amendment speech. He had someone violate the law about using domains names.
It takes a pathetic loser to post such liberal propaganda as this.
This link goes to the same story as you posted above. #YouFailAtTheInternet
This increases Trump’s stature, in my opinion.
Boy how far back into the Trash do folks have to go to try and demean Trump?-)
I have posted many times that the number 1 problem currently in the free world is COWARDICE.
Hear that Merkel?
Hear that Cameron?
Trump trashes Political Correctness.
If you slap him for no reason, he punches you in the face!

Donnie makes Nixon seem very reasonable. He is a lefty living his life as a lefty pretending to be a republican who quite publicly trashes all who do not kiss his butt.
However much you love him doing so it is NOT an American, Christian or conservative value.
Do you hate Cruz because he is a gentleman, can make his arguments with truth and never tries to destroy those who don’t kiss his butt?
Just saying, I know you don’t care.
Did you know that Trump flipped off a nurse, when he was still a fetus ?
So the meat of the story proves the headline a lie, again!
Quick! Throw up a new lie, this one isn't working!!!!
Thank God!
Be like Trump, have billions and buy the politicians to do your bidding. How has that made America great? Its been great for Donald but not so much for everyone else.
The guy would have done better in court had he not been setting them up as one of his income streams.
everyone else doesn’t matter. his customers matter and since they have been well served, Trump has succeeded.
not being a customer, you don’t matter. however when he becomes president that relationship will change. as a citizen, an American, you will matter
Yep! He doesn’t like ugly women touching him:-)
I heard his grandfather, on his mother's side, once farted at the pub, in public, while there were women in presence.
...How has that made America great? Its been great for Donald but not so much for everyone else...
34,000 jobs created directly with the Trump company. Multimillions annually in payroll.
Just once, I wish you could write something that makes sense. You actually might have a point, somewhere.
