No link. I called the state GOP to ask what could be done about an ineligible name on the ballot, and I mentioned Cruz. Was told that the state GOP has no control, that the RNC Certifies eligibility, and the state GOP would put a dog on the ballot if the RNC certified it eligible.

I submitted a written inquiry, asking what should be done, and what would be done.

It would be good if the state GOP and RNC were to be inundated with that question. There is an issue, they certified, maybe falsely (I say certainly falsely), and that it reflects badly on their competency and maybe on their integrity, scruples and honesty. Plus, it is a crime to make a false material statement in an election certification of eligibility.

There were a lot of shenanigans on the certification issue as it related to Obama. Can’t remember all of the details now, but whoever was doing the certifying was trying to cover their asses if it ever came back to them.

So, your post that 'the RNC HAS certified Cruz' is not correct. It should be 'the RNC CAN certify Cruz'.

Unless and until the RNC issues a statement to the effect that they have/have not certified Cruz, the issue is still an issue.
