Sarah Palin is wrong to call Donald Trump a conservative, Jeb Bush said Wednesday.

Bush, who has climbed into a tie with Florida Sen. Marco Rubio for third place in New Hampshire, behind Trump and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, according to a new CNN/WMUR poll, said Trump's attacks come because he knows Bush is a threat.

The Donald is probably more “conservative” than probably half the “Republicans in name only” in DC and scattered throughout statehouses all over the US.
“Conservative” is getting to be more and more difficult to pin down and define in lasting terms, By some loose interpretations, (that of the Democrats, mostly), “Conservatism” covers just about anything the Democrats don’t want to do, regardless of whether it is the right thing or not. So by default, Republicans must be the “conservative” party, and therefore the object of derision and scorn.
But for all that, The Donald is not, nor has ever claimed to be, a “conservative”. But he is a pretty good practical kind of libertarian, though he does not much advertise the fact. The Donald has simply found a parade, gotten himself around in front of it, and the band has struck up a growing crescendo that is heard by untold millions across the land.
