Judicial tyranny will ring true if a democrat is elected in 2016 but I'll have to disagree with you that the 2nd Amendment would be in jeopardy; it would lead to much more bloodshed than anyone could tolerate.

But, we'll see, liberals aren't known for their intelligence.

The 2nd Amendment has already been effectively abolished in Democrat controlled states (such as California and New York) and in Democrat controlled cities (such as Chicago and D.C.) It will be a simple matter to incrementally abolish the 2nd Amendment in the rest of the U.S. once there is at least one more far left-wing Justice on the Court.

Scalia and Kennedy are two of the Justices that will be 80 next year and both were on the majority side in the 5 to 4 Heller decision. The next President will very likely replace one or both.
