While I'm disappointed in this, it should be noted that Senate Republicans have tremendously slowed the rate of confirmations for Obama's radical lefties to the courts.

There is no reason that any more of Obama's radical lefty appointments should have been confirmed since the Republicans took back control of the Senate.

I agree but I also note that the process has been drug out to a crawl and I don't think any Appeals Court judges have been confirmed. I'm not saying they're 100% but it's not like they're rubber stamping every judge Obama sends them.
