We’re beyond the point of fiddling about what sort of small government we want.. 8 years of trash needs to be swept up and heads need to be metaphorically broken.
It would be nice to have a true blue conservative like Cruz do this job, but sadly he won’t be able to draw enough crossover dems to overcome the usual ballot box shenanigans. He’s also too easily smearable as a “religious nut”, and he doesn’t quite have the charisma to be able to pull off the head-cracking that has to happen without the public losing their minds.
