Republican primary front-runner Donald Trump says rival Ted Cruz's image as a champion of the everyday American doesn't square with the two $500,000 loans he failed to disclose from big banks to fund his 2012 Senate campaign.
"He's being a great hypocrite, wouldn't you think?" Trump said Saturday at a Portsmouth, N.H., rally.
"You know, he talks about he's going to be Robin Hood, he's protecting, then it finds out on his personal disclosure form he didn't disclose that he's borrowing a lot of money from Goldman Sachs," he continued.
Trump said Cruz's claims that the lack of disclosure was a "paperwork error" don't make sense, because Cruz did it for multiple loans.

It’s much nicer to be owed favors by donating to campaigns like Harry Reid, Chuck Schumer, Cankles, Weiner, etc.
You trumpanzees sure like to throw feces around to see if you can make it stick.
Bernie Sanders, is that you?
‘trumpanzees’
Classy.
Might have been an honest mistake, but in this election environment voters will be less forgiving of Ted.
I like it, too. Very evocative.
When you pick the nits and consume them you can't expect the Ritz.
What about all the loans that Trump took out and declared bankruptcy on? I don’t think Trump has any room to talk on this subject... Cruz needs to be running ads showing all of the common people Trump stiffed in his bankruptcies.
That’s a quote from Donald Trump and not me. LOL!
Having loans from Goldman Sachs the poster child bank for crony capitalism and the Establishment.
What you said is just like saying other than the mafia how do you think Cruz is totally controlled?
When he reversed his position on the NSA the other day right before the debate, then that should have been your clue he has sold his Soul to the Establishment.
Because he filed public paperwork with them listed. Not because of some secret investigation uncovering them.
Did he fail to fill out all the paperwork required, yes.
So if he was trying to hide them he did pretty bad job by listing them in the first place.
But never mind. He's now Satan incarnate - burn baby.
And now we know how evil triumphs over good. And how good people get led astray in frenzies of "righteousness". Never mind the truth.
The Goldman crap seems to be sticking pretty well...along with the citizenship poo.
From you it would be fine. It’s the people who constantly beat the ‘Trump is a heathen and Cruz is a saint,’ drum that are hypocritical on the issue. It’s as if for them the Golden Rule is: call others a demeaning name as often as you can.
Maybe Cruz was running against Wall Street and didn’t want it to get out he borrowed the money from them
Wow - that is simply a delight.
[ Other than a loan how do you think he is totally controlled lock, stock and barrel? I have a car loan, do you think I am controlled by my bank too?
You trumpanzees sure like to throw feces around to see if you can make it stick. ]
My home loan is the Chase Bank and they tell me what to do everyday, they call me at 6am and tell me exactly what to do everyday.
What a creepy comment.
Trump made Billions in the private sector inone of the most competitive markets in the world, and how much did Cruz make in the private sector?
Check the polls..... Cruz will be lucky if he wins Iowa.
