A super PAC supporting Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee took a quick snipe Thursday at opponent Ted Cruz.
The ad cuts to images of Cruz while a narrator asks "will you remain steadfast and true or will you wake up deciding who to be that day?"

even Achilles had a vulnerability.....
Huckabee and Jeb are now completely negative forces. Their runs are over, but they are both spending millions tearing down viable candidate. Cynical, Rove-like, RINO, cuckservatives.
I have little doubt (but no proof) that these gnats are kept financed in order to try and inflict death from a thousand cuts on dangerouse candidates. However, in the Hucksters case, it does little but advertise how far an idiot mouthpiece can rise in our society.
Huck’s opposition is a good reason for anyone to support Cruz. Does anyone really care what that nanny-state, snake oil salesman thinks?
The open borders, globalist crowd consolidating their powers. I can understand because we will have to leave borders behind and go for global unity when it comes to financial stability. It’s a time for working together for the best of all involved. Never before has the phrase “we’re all in this together” had more resonance or relevance.
I know why Huckabee is still in the race (publicity; angling for another seven figure TV gig or book contract; vanity), but who are the fools who keep donating to his “superPAC” to keep his vaudeville act going?
The plan seems to be to take out Cruz and leave Rubio as the only opposition voice to Trump. That is why Rubio flipped on amnesty again. He is staking out the anti- Trump ground, trying to separate himself from Cruz and the evangelicals.
It is obvious that Trump is starting to separate himself from the evangelicals, as well.
Agreed.
It’s not helpful for Huckabee to do this, and the benefit won’t go to him anyway.
But the problem is I think this is wickedly effective. I think Cruz has an impossible hill to climb here. And the problem is that no one is going to defend him: not liberals who would like a flexible NBC clause, not GOPe, and not Trump.
So basically I think Cruz is history. And that’s just an observation. I’m sort of despairing today because of this.
YAWN!! You are a great guy, Huck, but you need to take your seat on the back row.
Huckabee has always been a reliable conduit for the establishment to attack the most conservative candidates during the past three primaries.
He takes conservatives for suckers with his shtick and in reality is a double talking piece of crap.
Perhaps Huck has received some of those Trump favors to be his hit man. But, I don’t know one way or the other it is just consistent with the NY values of Trump and the self-interest of Huck .
There’s so many lies and so much disinformation out there we shall soon see whether people are capable of using their own critical thinking skill to any effect.
I just watched the ad. Huckabee’s PAC seems to be going after Cruz’s faith-based voters. That might be a good choice for former Cruz supporters who are disgusted about the obscured Goldman-Sachs and Citibank loans. .
I’m curious. Just who are the candidates Cruzers don’t try to marginalize with insults?
I wish someone could reassure me decisively that Cruz is not only eligible, but also that he can convince enough people that this is a non-issue.
I think that latter point is impossible. I’d love to be wrong....
He just finished a speech at Liberty University 10 minutes ago.
Where, by the way, he received a blockbuster introduction by the current President of the University, Jerry Fallwell, Jr.
“Mike Huckabee took a quick snipe Thursday at opponent Ted Cruz. The ad cuts to images of Cruz while a narrator asks ‘will you remain steadfast and true or will you wake up deciding who to be that day?’”
That’s rich; the Huckster is one of the biggest phonies out there.
[[You are a great guy, Huck,]]
I used ot think so too- but I’m quickly losing respect for him
