I've heard some refer to them as creepy - especially after that 5 minute coaching video and the campaign contribution begging one - as being "Adams Family creepy".

I spent far too long listening to the sermon. Lots of Scripture, lots of biblical exposition. Where, specifically, does Rafael come across as a “religious nut case”? Is it because he quotes from the Old Testament, and uses that OT language (”kings and priests”) in his exposition? Is it because Ted Cruz allows people to pray for him? Is it because there’s discussion about money and “dominion” (a biblical term)?
