Ted Cruz Visits Texas Border To Welcome Illegal Alien Families…
Conservative Tree House ^ | January 17, 2015 | by sundance

The headline reflects the moment my previous support for Ted Cruz (2011/2012), which evolved to concern about Senator Ted Cruz (2013/2014), turned to admitting Ted Cruz was a phoney.

The date was Saturday, July 19th, 2014 – I remember it vividly because I noted in my journal “last straw in providing Cruz any benefit of doubt – done“.

It’s interesting.

Jeb Bush has now risen to 10% in South Carolina.

That is not good. That is not dead.

Trump has lost focus, or his focus is not what he has presented.

Look for continued overtures to Trump by more and more Uniparty elite.

In 2002 I was for Free-trade and for the invasion of Iraq.

13 years later, I’ve “flip-flopped”. No more free trade treaties and get all of our people out of the middle east.

" Cruz no longer supports those visas. "

Goldman Sachs supports those, so Ted supports them. Ted is bought and paid for.

Cruz responded to the many voters who approached him with the issue, many of them Freepers.

You want to see a 180 degree political expediency turn around: Trump supported gay marriage, gays in the military and was pro- abortion, including partial birth abortion until 2012 when Romney lost.

Trump immediately copyright the slogan “Make America Great Again” and suddenly changed his views on a lot of issues. He should have made his slogan “A Sucker Is Born Every Minute”.

Trump has lost focus, or his focus is not what he has presented.”

It’s a sensible political strategy.

Push down on your nearest competitor, and The GOPe Bush will push at Cruz from the other way because he needs to get past him to have a shot at Trump.

Once he learned that companies were abusing the rules...they were hiring the foreigners, having American employees train them & then letting the Americans go...that’s when/why he changed his mind...

“Oh Trump has just began....”

Is that your way of telling conservatives Trump is going to embrace an “assault weapons” ban again?

Trump is owned by Money, which is his GOD. He is a corrupt crony capitalist who has bought influence in Washington for years and now wants the Power for himself. SUCKER!

The left can set back and let the right eat their own candidates.

Typical crap. That’s why we have a commie in the WH and the world is going to hell!

I didn’t even bother to watch the video! What rational reason would I care about something Trump said when Ted Cruz was still in his twenties?

A Trump hypothetical as opposed to Cruz’s actual act.

“Trump in 1999: I am Very Pro-Choice”

So? I guess you don't believe in “changing your mind!” That was nearly 20 years ago! I'm a whole lot more concerned about what the candidates are thinking today, and I certainly am bothered about Cruz’ “omissions” about his financial affairs. There's just no way that money doesn't influence decision making, and in that regard, Cruz has some explaining to do! Although I'm a Trump supporter, I have always been good with Cruz if he were to be the candidate, but I'm less so today because of his financial revelations. I guess it's “genetic” for politicians to never tell the complete truth if it suits their purposes.

His sensible strategy has increased Jeb Bush’s numbers.

Iowa is not worth it for Trump.

He’s being played.
