the fact that Trump may not have made contributions to 9-11 charities (and I recall a lot of issues after 9-11 with charities raking in millions and there being a dubious accounting of where the money was going- even the Red Cross was highly criticized for mingling monies) does not mean he didn’t do other things/gave money to help the city and his fellow NYers. He has quietly helped many people directly over the years. So you really ought to watch what you are insinuating if you do not know all the facts.

So what? Trump has the right to decide who he gives charity to. And he’s given plenty. He’s saving all of us millions by paying for his own campaign.....who else is doing that? Ted? He also will take no salary as president, while Ted runs a campaign being paid by US! Trump gives to NY Law enforcement and plenty of others.

How much has Ted given? [snip]The returns of Cruz and his wife, released over the weekend, show an adjusted gross income in 2009 and 2010 of more than $3.5 million. They gave about 1 percent of that figure — $28,000 — to charity.

And we can expect the same from the Trump supporters? Oh wait, innuendo and smears are NY values.

“Are you positive of this, that Trump made no donations to 9/11 charities? “

See http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3384609/posts?page=65#65

Trump gives to the NY City Police Foundation. Which helped with 9/11.

He and his family have MANY charity foundations, all of which I am NOT going to list.

Well look on the bright side. At least Mercer didn’t file bankruptcy to avoid paying.

It would Take N.Y. values to pull a sleezy stunt like that.

Apparently, he was too busy at his poker tournaments to give two craps to pay his employees properly. Sounds Christian to me.

Yes, Trump is. Notice how Trump never compares his positions with Cruz’? There is a reason for that. Trump will talk about anything other than substance.

Trump sees storm clouds, hence the machine gun tweets this morning. Trump is rattled. Then he lost a straw poll to Cruz in NYC. Homeboy lost in NYC.

Cruz attacks Trump on his record of supporting the most vile of leftist positions and Trump can only respond by saying, “But...but..but...Cruz took perfectly legal loans and perfectly legal campaign contributions. Look at Cruz’ perfectly legal activities everyone -— just don’t look at the fact that I am a left wing New Yorker like Bloomberg, DeBlasio and Clinton!”

“Trump is NY Liberal” is substantive? Hardly. TPA Teddy can dish it out but not take it. LOL.

Trump carpet bombed Cruz on Twitter today. Over 30,000 retweets. Trump is up 6 points in the new reuters poll over Trump. Trump is NY Liberal is a dead end. If that’s all Cruzman Sachs has got left, he’s done.

It’s the last push and the gloves are off.
It’s Trump or Cruz now, with only one winner.
Last time was a money election so they were nicer to each other an the press did the dirty work.
This time it’s mano a mano.

Trump’s the proverbial donkey’s ass.

http://www.newsmax.com/Newsfront/Donald-Trump-financial-disclosure-stock-market/2015/07/15/id/657267/

710,000 Bank of America $4,982,567.00 $11,723,591.00 $6,741,024.00
8,400 Goldman Sachs $986,525.40 $1,417,993.08 $431,467.68
57,500 Morgan Stanley $994,836.25 $1,745,366.50 $750,530.25

I’m sure Trump Inc. Is knee deep in ass kissing at the Wall Street, Congressional lobby, and Clinton levels.

Mercer is the worst kind of hedge fund ‘sleeze’.

Meet Ted Cruz’s Tax-Dodging Sugar Daddy - [snip]Cruz rails against ‘crony capitalism’—and counts a CEO under investigation for unpaid billions in taxes as a mega-donor. Awwwwwkward.

Hedge fund CEO Robert Mercer is all in for the conservative Texas Republican Ted Cruz, and the billionaire will have unusually substantial influence in how his contributions get spent.

But the billionaire also has some baggage—like, the avoiding billions in taxes kind of baggage.

Donald Trump has never filed personal bankruptcy! They were corporate reorganizations and the creditors get paid.

Law Dictionary: How is Donald Trump Able to File for Bankruptcy So Many Times? He didn’t!

http://thelawdictionary.org/article/how-is-donald-trump-able-to-file-for-bankruptcy-so-many-times/

Written by James Hirby Fact checked by The Law Dictionary staff

People might ask “How is Donald Trump able to file for bankruptcy so many times?” The answer is “He didn’t.” Trump himself has never filed for bankruptcy. His corporations have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy four times. By filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, the corporation is allowed to continue running while restructuring and reducing its debt. By allowing the business to continue, employees still have their jobs and the business is still making money. Corporate debts still need to be repaid but they may be reduced. The corporation must develop a repayment plan and corporate budget. Both must be approved by the creditors and by the bankruptcy court.
