Donald Trump is being accused, along with the entire Republican Party, of being a NAZI who wants to round people up and send them back to their native countries in box cars when all he is doing is promoting a proposal seriously considered by the Senate in 2007.
Hillary Clinton equated Republicans with NAZIs Friday.
Presidential candidate Clinton, who is facing a possible indictment for violating the Espionage Act, thinks if you want borders and have concerns about illegal immigration then you are a NAZI putting people in box cars.
No candidate has proposed putting immigrants in box cars. Trump’s proposal is not a demand to round people up and send them home by force.
It was Hillary’s own husband in fact who sent armed federal agents into the home of relatives of Elian Gonzalez so they could grab him in the middle of the night and send him back to a Communist country.
Now Elian, pictured below, is a committed communist after his mother died trying to save him from it.
Marc Thiessen, former speechwriter to George W. Bush, in an appearance on The Kelly File Friday night, said that what Mr. Trump is saying when he talks about sending them back is an actual amnesty proposal called “Touchback†aka “Touchback Amnestyâ€.
It was a Senate proposal that narrowly missed passage in 2007.
It was endorsed by the New York Times but the National Review was opposed because they called it amnesty.
It simply means if illegal immigrants want to stay here, they can go back home and then receive expedited approval to come back in and stay.
Marc Thiessen explains in the next video and, as he said, Trump’s rhetoric is more fiery than what he’s actually proposing.
Lincoln Chafee, former RINO Republican and currently a Democratic candidate for president, stated what we all know. The Democrats want illegal immigration for votes. That is also the reason Hillary Clinton is calling Republicans Nazis. Do Americans really want to listen to this for the next 4-8 years and experience another near-decade of Clinton scandals?
Now we're told it's a GREAT idea because Trump proposes it.
It's still touchback. It's still amnesty. And it's still wrong.

It’s not touchback because they have to get in line with those waiting, fill out paperwork, pay fees, and best of all - prove who they are and that we need them here.
Thats not what the article here says. But I’ll need to hear specifics about Trump’s plan - does he propose “expedited” treatment of illegals returning to the US.

That’s what touchback is. They have to go home, get in line (the back of the line), do the proper paperwork, pay a penalty, and then process back in. The same as Trump’s proposal.
I know you don’t want to understand that, but they’re precisely the same thing.

No candidate has even suggested deporting immigrants, just illegal aliens.
Immigrants are people who applied to be Americans in their home country, waited their turn, paid their fees, learned the language, and complied with the laws.
Illegal aliens ignore ALL the laws.
He says they have to come back in LEGALLY. So that means, join the line like everyone else. Geez.
My view on people deported returning is; automatic death penalty. Realistically, we’ll only need to execute one or two. This would save dozens of American citizens who are run over or murdered or raped each year by returning deportees.

No, Trump wants their return to be expedited, meaning they go to the front of the line. But don't believe me. Here is Trump in his own words:
"I would expedite [the process], because some of these people (illegal aliens) are fantastic people. I've been to the border, I was there a few days ago. I met some people, these are fantastic people and they have great reputations within the community. So what I'd do is that I would expedite it. You have to have laws. If you don't have laws, you don't have a country. I would get them out, and I would try, the good ones -- the bad ones, they're gone, they never come back. They'll never get back into this country. But, the good ones, of which there are many, I want to expedite it so they can come back in legally."
But Trump wants to expedite their return, so they will not get in line with everyone else - they get to jump to the front of the line. And that IS touchback amnesty.

That is What Trump said on a CNN interview, “expedite”.
I have seen this too, the question that is wanting is what the criteria for “good” is. Trump of course wants to be vague about this so we can all substitute our own definition. In may case I would use the following:
Good means working at a job and supporting one’s family
Good means not having criminal ties, gang members Etc in the family unit
Good means having students making normal progress in school, not supporting disruptive behavior.
With these features I could see expediting the return to a position of legal residency.
O’reily believes this cannot be done because of the need to give every member the full due process of an immigration hearing. This could be handled with families who believe they could qualify submitting paperwork to an immigration center (over the border) and having the hearing expedited too. Trump indicates that good planning and a good law would allow this to be possible during the time it takes to build the wall.
