For some time now, people who believe in the theory of Donald Trump's inevitable demise have thought that he'd either say something so outrageous that voters would finally reject him or he'd perform so poorly in debates that voters would flee to more polished candidates. Well, it's safe to say that the outrageous comments theory had been discredited, and - after tonight's debate - it's clear that Trump isn't going to beat himself in direct competition with his colleagues. ...
The bottom line? Going into the debate, Trump had a solid lead. There was nothing that happened to dissuade Trump's followers. Indeed, he likely inspired the plurality that support him - persuading them that he's ready for more debates, including an ultimate confrontation with Hillary Clinton.

NY Politics.
senators like Schumer, and hitlery and don’t forget Andy boy Cuhome. that’s what MY State votes for.
he is absolutely right.
I am a proud Conservative from NY. I hate the political view of the 70%....the same 70% who belong in Red China and Cruz and all good Americans hates NY Politics also.
...Cruz attacks the politics of NY....so do I.

By the way ....Trump....William Buckley's father was from Texas.
Are you sure you want to go there?
I'd hate to see someone point out to you that Ted Cruz's father is from Cuba, moved to Canada, and didn't even become a naturalized U.S. citizen until 2005, 10 years ago.
Oh by the way, nice of you to quote Bill Clinton:
"We must stop the politics of personal destruction. We must get rid of the poisonous venom of excessive partisanship, obsessive animosity and uncontrolled anger."
~ Bill Clinton post-impeachment statement, Feb 1999.
You're welcome.

Must be kill in’ NRO to say something positive about Trump. (Critics COULD say he “set the bar so low early that a few decent exchanges like he had last night now make him look brilliant.” I wouldn’t say that but some could.

Well thanks very much Sam, I appreciate the kind words. Likewise, I have always viewed you as one of our premiere posters and I've never seen you post something that didn't make me think more about the subject at hand.
Like we say these days ...

Either you are blatantly ignorant, or you just don't know that your statement is a outright lie.

Guess Rush went GOPe? He's always been in bed with the GOP. In fact did sleepovers in the Bush White House and during the massive illegal invasions of the 80s and 90s, rarely even discussed it, and actually spent more time speaking about football and "femanazis".
Rush is a OK guy, but bet the rent he's also a GOP party boy.

"After [Rafael] Cruz graduated from the University of Texas in 1961, he was granted political asylum in the United States following the expiration of his student visa. He became a Canadian citizen during his residence in Canada, returning to the United States with his family in the mid-'70s. He renounced his Canadian citizenship and in 2005 became a naturalized U.S. citizen."

That sir, is the story of his father, and has absolutely nothing at all to do with the eligibility argument.
That is the lie...That’s the distortion.
As this crap gets deeper, I have begun the habit of sending the Ted Cruz campaign a check for every insult.
I have already sent a check for that little gem.

My real fear is she’ll be indicted and forced to drop out. Then The Donald might have a stronger enemy.

Go back and read my post #62. You had made a statement “Trump, William Buckley’s father was from Texas”. You invoked William Buckley, for reasons known only to you.
I responded by pointing out that Ted Cruz’ father (Rafael) was born in Cuba and did not become a naturalized U.S. citizen until 2005.
Now tell us all what is inaccurate about that?
