Kansas' medical board is taking no action against a Planned Parenthood clinic after completing an investigation into whether illegal sales of fetal tissue are occurring after abortions, a board document shows.
"We absolutely feel vindicated by this," Laura McQuade, president and CEO of Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri, said Thursday.
A State Board of Healing Arts disciplinary attorney sent a letter to Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri last week saying the board's disciplinary staff had investigated the organization's clinic in the Kansas City suburb of Overland Park, Kansas. Sounds like the KMB is on board...
No problem. What am I bid for that body part?
The Left has degenerated into sub human behavior.
To embrace leftism is to embrace inhumanity. If the Manifesto’s insistence on abolishing the family wasn’t the first clue, then the ravages of Marxism in practice for close to a century ought to have been.
No "healing" going on here...
No art either, I suspect.
I agree.
If you value your life, stay away from Kansas doctors.
This Board is more concerned about ear piercing and tattoo parlor "infringements" than dead baby parts laying on carts and tables, half-filled disposals with dead babies in sinks and filthy instruments and suction machines being used without cleaning looking more like the Kermit Gosnell Midwest division!
This is a deceptive article. It says nothing about “being cleared”.
It says very little about what the investigation found or the letter said.
All it said was no action will be taken at this time.:
“”After careful review of the investigative materials, the Panel determined no further action would be taken at this time; however the materials will be kept on file and reviewed again in the event future issues arise,” disciplinary attorney Dan Riley wrote.”
That is all the article presented and is hardly a statement of them being “cleared”.
Kansas has a long and sordid history of political support for late-term abortion (see George Tiller and Kathleen Sebelius).
