In what may be one of the most bizarre political moments to spring out of Nikki Haleys widely-criticized State of the Union response, Haley declared that donor-class presidential favorite Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) "believes in amnesty," before she flipped 180 degrees to adopt the Rubio campaign talking point that he is "not for amnesty." Haley- who informed reporters that she is in personal contact and even texts Sen. Rubio- said that the Republican presidential hopeful was "supportive" of her speech condemning GOP frontrunner Donald Trump and "appreciated" what she was doing. Haley's retraction of her damning statement about Rubio's support for amnesty came within four hours of her original declaration.

Since he’s a Republican he could be for amnesty at 3pm and against it at 7pm. We can see some leaders in the Republican race go back and forth nonstop.
The GOP is a complete cluster. Of course, so are the Dems.
Nikki is for Amnesty in Spanish, but against it in English. She just forgot to change languages. ;-)

Well maybe since Rubio is a Senator like John Kerry, Rubio was for amnesty before he was against amnesty!

She hasn’t quite figured out yet who all she has to suck up to.
Haley damaged herself with her action on the Confederate flag; now, in less than a week, she has torpedoed what was left of her political future.
Going forward, I’ll have absolutely nothing to do with her.
I am hoping Ms. Haley will talk herself out of the VP nomination, which many in SC want so badly for her.

Rubio has been unwavering in his support for amnesty when speaking in Spanish.
He was against amnesty in English, until a chance came to sponsor a bill implementing it. Then he became for it in English too.
