I don't happen to think it's a huge deal either way, but something is not adding up.
There are two forms. I am not an expert. I am sure I will be corrected if I am wrong. I think it is the document to the FEC in which he didn’t disclose it. The document posted here it to someone else.
All the news that's fit to print? Nope. All the news we feel like making up. Dan Rather has apprentices, and they wound up at the NYT.
I don’t think this directly rebuts the very minor error which the NYTimes raised.
Probably because this document is not be to the FEC, but is just a financial disclosure form that lists the loan as just some random item. For the FEC, Cruz would have had to have provided a lot more documentation that simply listing it, such as what it is for, a copy of it, etc.
The dollar amount for the Goldman loan is wrong here? It was half a million and that is not what is disclosed here.
Today he said it was disclosed, but may have been inadvertently put on a wrong line or form, which just required a correction. I’d like to see this much research put into Hillary’s finances.
Not in the bag for Cruz or Trump yet, still waiting, but I can see with the large quantity of paperwork required by candidates that if some reporter came up and said "Mr. Cruz, you didn't report XYZ, was that a mistake? and Cruz responding with something like if I didn't that was wrong and if we need to fix it we will. I would expect that Trump would have trouble remembering everything he filled out and signed also. Trump and Cruz, or Cruz and Trump, are my top two, but I have time before I will commit 100% to either, right now I just enjoy the Freeper wars.
