The RNC/GOP’s failings haven’t hurt Trump, either. Correct, that is the main reason Trump is riding high in almost all polls nationwide. Voters have finally realized politicians are indeed all talk and reverse action after elected. The complete capitulation to Obama's Omnibus bill was the last straw.
